Suur Munamägi is the highest hill of the Baltic countries. Most hills in Estonia have been created by the continental glacier which retreated from these areas approximately 10.000 years ago. The highest hills in Estonia are: Suur Munamägi (318.1 m.), Vällamägi (303.9 m.), Kuutsemägi (217.1 m.), Emumägi (166.5 m.), Rutu mägi (144.8 m.), Laiuse esker (144.9 m.), Rebasejärv Tornimägi (137.0 m.).
